A real gorgeous Celery Soup. All my kids and their kids can't get enough of. I blend all the Vegetables in the soup being Scottish.... too good to throw out.

  1. Pour the chicken stock into a large pot,(I use my pressure cooker pot for this amount).
  2. Add the celery, carrots and onion to the pot, and bring to a slow boil,for 20/30 minutes,until the vegs soften.
  3. Meanwhile whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and some milk;
  4. Add to the pot along with the rest of the milk and margarine or Butter return to boil for 5 minutes,
  5. Cool somewhat then using a blender stick blend entirely.
  6. Freezes well in plastic containers.
