  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix melted butter, eggs,Egg Beaters, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Cut up the bread into 1 inch squares. Add to liquid ingredients, mix well and put into Pam sprayed casserole.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the middle of pudding comes out mostly clean, about 50 minutes.
