Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Assembly time is minimal with this simple casserole combining chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and broccoli. Dry stuffing mix is sprinkled over the top for a crunchy, flavorful topping.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Boil chicken in broth until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender.
  3. In a bowl mix together the soup, chicken, broccoli, milk and cheese. Dish into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Top with prepared stuffing and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
