  1. Mix the chicken with the marinade and refrgerate for several hours. Heat a wok to high heat and add 2 tbl of peanut oil
  2. Stir Fry the chicken pieces until white and firm
  3. Place the cooked chicken in a serving dish ..... cover unitl later
  4. Add two more tbl of penut oil to the wok. When it begins to smoke, add the ginger and garlic mixture....stir fry for only a few seconds and immeadiately add the vegetables.. Stir fry until color becomes distinct and vegies are still crisp. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Mix in the cooking wine, sugar, 4 tsp of cornstarch and 1 cup of broth. Stir and cook until mixture is slightly thickened.... return chicken to wok and add oyster sauce
