Favorite Chicken Soup

With this quick mix of chicken, a few vegetables and garlic, there is no need to resort to canned soup anymore.

  1. Sautee the carrots, zucchini and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add water - bring to a boil.
  3. Add cooked chicken meat and simmer all together for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve.
