Sausage Pasta

Very simple pasta recipe tossed with sausage, tomato, onion, garlic and spinach to make a perfect and easy week night meal.

  1. In a large skillet, brown sausage with onion and garlic. Cook through until no longer pink.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain over chopped spinach and reserve.
  3. Add basil, italian mozzarella spice, salt and tomatoes with liquid to the meat mixture.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to slightly reduce. Add pasta and chopped spinach, reduced heat and sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
