Vegetarian Sausage Italian Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the egg substitute, bread crumbs, Brewer's Yeast, milk and onion, garlic, and spices. Add sausage to the bread crumb mixture and mix well. Shape into 40 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through (160 degrees F). Serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti.
  4. Top with parmesan or romano cheese if desired, for non vegans.
