Breakfast casserole with potatoes and ham in a creamy sauce.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, red onions and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish.
  3. Bake 1.5 hour in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately.

I traded one can of potato soup for 1 can of cream of chicken...added red onions and a little garlic powder...oh, and avoided the parmesan cheese. Lastly, I cooked it a bit longer to brown more!...
