These are wonderfully different and so good. I like to serve them with Mexican rice. Customize by adding more of your favorite burrito fillings to this basic recipe, such as tomato, lettuce, sour cream or guacamole.

  1. Place the ground turkey in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook until no longer pink. Drain off grease, and season. Heat the refried beans.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas for 2 minutes on flat pan. Spoon beans & meat into the center, top with shredded cheese, salsa, and Sour creme. Fold bottom up an inch or two tuck one side in and roll.
