In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder using your hands, gently. Don't over mix, you'll break down the fat needed for juiciness. Form the mixture into 20 hamburger patties.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
Do NOT press down on the patties. You'll squeeze out the juice.
