Jo's Rosemary Bread (baked in the oven)

Wonderfully generous with the rosemary, with support from Italian seasoning, and lots of salt on top, start this dough in the bread machine, then bake in the oven for a nice round shape.

Original recipe yields 12 servings

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
  2. When done, plop dough onto a cookie sheet in a nice round shape, with the bread machine hole on the bottom if you can. No need to rise it again.
  3. Brush top with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and a generous amount of sea salt.
  4. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes (check at 30). Hard to overbake this bread.
