Grate cauliflower florets or pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
Place grated cauliflower and water in a microwave-safe covered dish.
Cook cauliflower in microwave on high until tender, about 7 minutes.
Cook chicken breasts in a skillet with coconut oil, add onion and saute until browned. Stir in microwaved cauliflower, sesame oil, bragg's and seasonings until well blended. Add cilantro last and toss together. Salt to taste. Makes 4-5 1 cup servings. Approx. 160 calories per CUP.
