Spicy Guacamole

Cilantro, a little jalapeno and cayenne give this tasty guacamole a kick. Removing the seeds from the tomatoes keeps the texture thick and not runny. Makes four servings.

  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor with plastic wrap sitting directly on the dip (this helps prevent it turning brown), or serve immediately.
