  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. In small saucepan, saute garlic a small amount of oil. Add in Garlic salt until your preferred tastes. Also add in steamed broccoli and coat in the seasoned oil.
  4. Combine garlic, olive oil, broccoli and pasta in a bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese.
