Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Stir in rotini pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Place bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until evenly brown. (I cut up before frying and then drained on paper towel)
Pour bottle of ranch dressing in pour spout measuring cup and add the garlic powder, and garlic pepper. Place pasta, bacon,(shrimp)tomato,red onion, bell peppers, black olives and cheese in bowl and toss to coat with dressing. Cover and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
