  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brine chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. Coat chicken with flour. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour egg into a small shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs and seasonings in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg, then into the bread crumbs. Place coated chicken in frying pan (with oil & butter) and fry until medium golden brown.
  5. Place in 9x13 pan with pasta sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake in preheated oven until cheese melts..
