Am & Ad's Gram

Beth's oatmeal cookie recipe was the one I chose, but I always need to adapt, so I made my usuals, and added a new one, as a friend had given me a new 9lb. box of oatmeal from Costco, the quick kind, which I don't usually use, but sure was going to find a way. It came in 2 divided sacks, gave 1 to a young man who does some baking in his family of 6,and I decided to try my hand at Beth's recipe, the rest is taste history.
