This dressing is good on any salad, and I also like it as a dip for sour dough or french bread.

  1. Place vinegar, honey, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper into a blender. Pulse to combine, then add the olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running. I have also done this with a stick blender and just in a shaker and it comes out fantastic.

So very good. I have also made it replacing the maple syrup with honey and adding two cloves of garlic. So versatile, simple, and so much better than anything store bought.
