Fresh Cranberry Relish

In this uncooked relish, cranberries are coarsely chopped in the bowl of a food processor with crushed pineapple, Mandarin orange slices,celery, fresh apple chunks then add Splenda to taste and sugar free black cherry gelatin.

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, pineapple, apples,celery,and oranges. Blend into small chunks, place in bowl and gelatin.Splenda if needed. Chill and serve.
