Pork chops are almost better than chicken when coated with the ingredients called for in the original recipe.

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients. Add pork chops, one at a time, and shake to coat. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Turning them over about half way through the cooking time.
