  1. Warm oven to 390 F.
  2. Chop onion, fry on oil.
  3. Cut peppers in half, clean.
  4. Mix yogurt with feta.
  5. Add sunflower, parsley, basil, corn and onion.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Put the mix into peppers, cover.
  8. Bake for 30 mins.
