Light Fruit Dip

This is a delicious fruit dip that is lower in fat and calories, without sacrificing flavor. This will be my go to dip for fruit.

  1. Wash strawberries; place on paper towels to dry. In a medium sized bowl with lid, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (hand mixer gets out the lumps).
  2. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla and almond extracts until well blended. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  3. With the ingredients listed, entire recipe has 680 calories and 27.5 grams fat; 1/6th recipe has 113 calories and 4.5 grams fat (plus the fruit).
