  1. Use a fork to mix flour, boiling water, vegetable oil, salt, and chopped green onions in a large bowl. Knead dough into a ball. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let dough rest for 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Evenly divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 1/4 inch thick circle. pour enough vegetable oil into a pan to cover the bottom. Place each circle onto the pan and let cook about 2 minutes on each side. When taken off the pan sprinkle with a little bit of salt
