Jade's revision of Sarah's Applesauce

I don't eat sugar, so I revised Sarah's Applesauce recipe to take out the sugar, and put in Granny Smith apples and doubled the cinnamon. Utterly yummy.

  1. In a saucepan, combine apples, water, sugar substitute, and cinnamon. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft. Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.
