The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Very tasty meatballs full of spice and baked to perfection. Serve with spaghetti or use them for Hoagies. After baking, place in freezer so that they can be dropped into a large ziplock bag for later.

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, croutons, sweet onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red pepper flakes, and Cajun seasoning. Form the mixture by hand into meatballs in a size of your choosing.
  2. Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet, and bake at 350, turning occasionally, 20 - 25 minutes, or to desired doneness.
