Hot mustard and dijon, dill weed, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne and onion flakes are combined in this amazing egg salad.

  1. In a bowl, gently mix the eggs, mayonnaise, onion flakes, salt, mustards, garlic powder, pepper, and dill. Cover, and refrigerate. To serve, spread equal amounts on 4 slices bread; top with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.

great twist on a basic! I used 1/2 cup mayo, and probably 1/4 dijon, 1/4 cup regular mustard since I didn't have dried mustard. Love the garlic powder! I added probably a 1/2 tsp of paprika ...
