Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

The cucumber sauce is a delightful addition to this lovely meaty fish. Even my husband who is not crazy about sauces with fish enjoyed this, the combination of flavors are wonderful.

  1. Blend olive and sesame oils, herbs and seasonings in a zip lock bag and add fish. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 12 hours.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Stir the cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl until combined. Season to taste with salt, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
