Delicious pizza crust my family makes once a week (at least) for pizza and poppers! Enough dough for one thick-crusted pizza or a few thin-crusted pizzas.

Original recipe yields 8 servings

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand approx 10 mins.
  3. Add in salt, oil, pizza spice
  4. Gradually stir in bread flour until desired consistency. You will use roughly 2 cups. It should still be slightly sticky. Let stand for 5 mins.
  5. Lightly cover hands and a clean surface area with flour. Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness, kneading additional flour as needed, then place on a greased pizza pan or pizza stone.
  6. Bake 20-30 minutes. (Depends on oven and personal taste.)
