In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, drained tomatoes (with excess liquid squeezed out), seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Form into 12 patties.
Freeze patties on parchment paper on a cookie sheet then store stacked with parchment in between patties in an airtight container or freezer bag.
Thaw in refridgerator over night (recommended) or if the patties aren't too thick, you can put them directly on grill frozen (just add more cooking time). Either grill or cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
Serve topped with carmelized onions, blue cheese, and/or avocado on a whole wheat bun.
