Nacho Chip Casserole


A mixture of ground beef, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers and condensed cream of mushroom soup is baked inside a crust of nacho-flavor tortilla chips and topped with melted cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper to taste; drain fat. Stir in diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, 4 oz of the shredded cheese and condensed cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Pour in the meat mixture sprinkle with remainining shedded cheese Bake in the preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
  4. serve with tortilla chips or over lettuce and chips on the side
