  1. preheat oven 425.
  2. mix - egg, mayo, and milk in a bowl.
  3. mix - breadcrumbs and ranch dressing mix in a bowl
  4. dredge - chops in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in pyrex, add oil, add chops, cook or 15 minutes
  6. Turn chops over add remaider of butter and oil and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes.
