In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg. Mix well until you cannot distinguish the bread. Mix the Italian Sausage and Ground Beef with your hands. Add the bread mixture to the meat mixture and form into 12 balls. Store, covered, in refrigerator until needed or freeze.
In a hotel pan, place the meatballs and cover with all day versatile sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.
