In a medium bowl or measuring cup, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, dill weed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place salmon fillets in a 8X8 glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally. (or put in a vacuum sealed container for 1/2 hour, then transfer to baking dish).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place baking dish, uncovered, with fish fillets in oven approximately 20 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
