Tangy young goat cheese is the base for this savory spread. Combined with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and fresh parsley. This simple spread is excellent served with a sliced baguette and a glass of red wine.

  1. Combine the goat cheese, tomatoes, garlic, and parsley in a food processor; mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Bake at 350 for 15 mins, serve warm.

I served it warm for friends. It was well received, but I'd prefer to use about 4oz of cream cheese with the goat cheese. Love the tomato & parsley flavors with it!
