A creamy dijon mustard sauce gives this cracker crusted chicken a real boost.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Melt butter/margarine and mix in a small bowl with mayonnaise and mustard. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or plate.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Roll seasoned chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture, then dip in cracker crumbs and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.


This will definitely be a regular in my household! It was very easy to prepare and it was absolutely delicious! Next time I will crush the stuffing mix though!! UPDATE: Made again last night ...
