ground turkey/pork Meatloaf

We are eating less beef, so used ground turkey & pork but you could also use ground chicken. If you don't have all the seasonings use what you have, experiment & enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with PAM.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, ground turkey, eggs, onions,bread crumbs, mushrooms, garlic, seasonings, basil,Worcestershire sauce & V8 using your hands. Pat into a loaf & put on cookie sheet. Mix ketchup & BBQ sauce, pour over loaf.
  3. bake for 1 hr, remove & let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
