Place a heavy pot over high heat. Add the onion and bell pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Immediately pour in the chicken stock. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the garlic, turkey, tomatoes, vegetable juice, jalapenos, Cumin, chili powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Simmer over medium heat until heated through and flavors meld, 15 - 30 minutes.
