Trifle with layers of brownies, chocolate pudding and whipped topping chilled to perfection.

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, but add 1/2 package of chocolate chips and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, water. In a separate bowl whip 1/2 pint heavy cream and 3 tbsp sugar, then fold in the cream with the pudding/water.
  3. In a trifle bowl or glass serving dish, layer brownies, pudding mix, caramel, toffee bits, and French Vanilla whipped cream. Repeat layers. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips onto top layer for garnish. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
