This tomato curry comes together in a snap, with tomato soup and spices, make it creamy with a little cream cheese

  1. Dice chicken and saute in butter in a medium skillet with onion. Stir in soup, curry powder, basil and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, then pour over chicken.
  2. Mix in cream cheese at the end and serve over rice.


I cubed and sauteed the chicken with the onion. Added the rest of the ingredients to this and simmered it for 15 min. I omitted the beer and substituted 4 oz cream cheese at the end of the cooki...
