Italian Style Mini Meatloaves


Tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Arrabiata sauce, and Italian seasonings flavor this ground beef meatloaf. Serve it with Arrabiata penne pasta and green salad for an easy dinner.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, and Arrabiata sauce. Season with Italian-style seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, diced tomatoes and cheese. Divide into 8 - 12 muffin cups
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
