Easy way to prepare melt-in-the mouth spareribs or baby back ribs. Modified from Slow Cooker Spareribs by Claton, so thanks Claton for a great idea!

Original recipe yields 4 servings

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together soup, onion, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  2. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs.
  3. Cover, and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 3 hours til tender.
  4. Sauce may be thickened after cooking with 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c water, cooked to desired thickness.


I skipped the pre-boil and placed them directly into the crockpot. Set it on high for 1 hour followed by low for 3 and ended up with great ribs.
