Smoked Salmon Scramble

This is a quick and easy recipe you'll want to treat yourself to any time of year. An egg is scrambled with smoked salmon and served with toast and cream cheese.

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Combine egg and milk, and stir in dill weed and black pepper. Add mixture to preheated saucepan. Cook eggs until light and fluffy, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in salmon.
  3. Cut toast in half into triangles and spread each half with cream cheese. Place each piece of toast with points in toward the middle, around a plate. Spoon eggs into the center and serve warm.


Great recipe which is simple to make and has good flavor. I added about 1/4 cup of milk to the eggs and they were nice and fluffy. This was very good served with toasted bread that was spread ...
