  1. Place the garbanzo beans, feta cheese, drained red peppers, garlic clove, lemon juice, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth. Add additional bean juice, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Season to taste with additional salt, pepper, and cayenne, if desired.
