  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan, over medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of meat with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Sear chicken breasts on each side until browned.
  5. Squeeze juice from lemon into frying pan then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. Pour pan juices over chicken.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Turn over chicken pieces and add more seasoning if desired. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
