Spicy Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Tender chicken and crispy bacon enveloped by a creamy sauce of spicy cayenne balanced by sweet bell pepper. Toss with warm pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, fry bacon and set aside to crisp.
  3. Saute chicken breast in large non-stick skillet with white wine over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in bell pepper and garlic; cook for additional 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cayenne pepper sauce and broth; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. During final minute stir in parmesan, sour cream and bacon.
  6. Toss hot pasta with sauce and season pepper to taste; serve.
