  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ).
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together shortening, cream cheese, and sugar.
  3. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, and raspberry extract. Continue beating until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually stir in flour and salt.
  5. Fill the cookie press, and form cookies on un-greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet, and cool on wire racks.
  8. Enjoy!
