  1. Coat the roast wiht oil and Season the pork with the seasoning. Place the pork into a roasting pan. Roast at 325 degrees F until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork to a cutting board. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the apple and onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the soup and water and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, Add a little water to the roasting dish stirring to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan then stir into gravy. Serve the gravy with the pork.
