Sweet Potato "Fries"

These baked sweet potato "fries" are seasoned with cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Use parchement paper to help prevent sticking. Do not use foil!

  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Stir the cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, coriander, and brown sugar together in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Slice potatoes into 1/4" rounds(or other uniform shape/size). Toss potatoes in oil, then in cinnamon mixture.
  4. Spread potatoes in a single layer onto a parchement lined baking sheet (do not use foil). Put in oven for 15 minutes; turn and continue baking another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Place under broiler for about a minute (Watch CLOSELY).
  6. Lightly season with salt and pepper to serve.
