Oatmeal so creamy it's like tapioca! You will absolutely love this recipe. This is how oatmeal was meant to be! I divide the leftovers into individual servings in plastic containers,cover, and refrigerate. Breakfast that can be customized to suit your mood each day. Oatmeal is supposed to lower cholesterol so you can feel good about serving this every day!

  1. Just before going to bed, combine the oats,water,milk,salt,butter, and sugar in a 6-quart slow cooker which has been well-sprayed with butter-flavor Pam. Set on Low, cover, and let cook overnight. In the morning, stir in the vanilla and scoop into bowls, and sprinkle brown sugar and any other flavorings or fruit you like over the top. Put unflavored leftovers in the fridge and have a different kind each day.
