A creamy wine sauce over chicken, olives, and mushrooms. A family favorite! I serve it over brown rice with a side vegetable. Easy and delicious!

  1. Chop the onion & place in a slow cooker.
  2. Heat the oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with Tony Chachere's and brown for 2 to 3 minutes each side. Reserve juices & leavings for next step. Place in a slow cooker on top of the onion.
  3. Drain olive and slice half, wash and slice mushrooms. Place over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. In the soup pot blend the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, wine, and corn starch. Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 3 hours.
